KETO PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

This is the best pizza you’ve had since starting keto, I’d bet money on it! Very easy to make and the dough recipe can be used for anything else you would use a fathead dough for. Its fluffy and delicious and can be seasoned sweet or savory. But hold out for the end to get that buttery **Dominos-esque** garlic bread crust! You’re gonna die, its amazing.

Ingredients:
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xantham gum
2 eggs

Directions:
-preheat oven to 350
-microwave the mozzarella for 1 minute. Stir.
-add almond flour, xanthan gum and baking powder and combine as best you can.
-add 2 eggs and mix until all blended.
-microwave 30 seconds. Should get more fluffy. Stir again.
-Roll out or flatten with hands into the crust shape you want.
-Poke holes in the crust with a fork. Cook for 12-13 minutes at 350.
-Brush the crust with butter and top with a garlic salt seasoning. Add sauce and toppings and broil until melted on low.

NOTE** these measurements make 2 pizzas, or one large pizza. Total 4 servings.
