Ingredients – Keto Recipes Low Carb Lasagna Skillet

1 lb lean ground beef
4 cups spaghetti squash (cooked & shredded)
1 jar marinara sauce (650 mL/ 22 oz)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ricotta (drain extra moisture)
1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
fresh basil to garnish


Heat oven to 425°F.
Cook beef in a deep 12-inch oven-safe skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until no pink remains, roughly 8 minutes.
Use a paper towel to blot up extra grease or fat from the pan.
Add the cooked spaghetti squash, marinara sauce, basil, oregano and salt. Stir to combine (tongs make it easier to mix the spaghetti squash in with the sauce/beef). Cook for 3 or so minutes, until heated through.
Dollop the ricotta over the skillet, then sprinkle with cheese.
Place the skillet in the heated oven for 5 or so minutes, until sauce bubbles and cheese is melted.
Using oven mitts, carefully remove the skillet from the oven.
Serve with fresh basil.

6 large eggs
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Pinch red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3 slices cheddar
6 frozen sausage patties, heated according to package instructions
Avocado, sliced


In a small bowl beat eggs, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes together.
Season generously with salt and pepper. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour about ⅓ of the eggs into the skillet. Place a slice of cheese in the middle and let sit about 1 minute.
Fold the sides of the egg into the middle, covering the cheese. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining eggs.
Serve eggs between two sausage patties with avocado.

Ingredients – Keto Recipes Low Carb Asparagus Quiche

10 Pcs of Green Asparagus
6 Eggs
200g Yogurt
1 Camembert Cheese
Fathead Crust:
200g (2 Cups) Shredded Mozzarella
100g (1 Cup) Almond Meal or flour
1 Egg
1/2 Tbsp (5g) Garlic Powder

Fathead Crust:

Place a pot on the stove and switch on the medium heat
Once the pot is heated, add shredded mozzarella and let it melt completely using spatula to mix from time to time
When mozzarella has melted fully (check video), add almond meal and garlic powder and knead with spatula until both gets properly incorporated
After you are satisfied with the dough, switch the heat off completely and add egg.
Knead the egg into the dough to incorporate it fully with spatula

Mix Eggs, Yogurt and Parsley with a hand held mixer in a bowl.
Add 2 pre-cut asparagus pieces and mix again with spatula

Heat Up the Oven to 190C or 370 F
Oil your casserole ( I have used 10 inch Quiche casserole) a bit to prevent crust sticking while serving
With oiled hand or base of a small Mason Jar (oiled as well) spread the Fathead dough throughout the casserole evenly. Do not forget sides as well
Using fork, make small holes throughout the whole crust.
Add the filling mixture already prepared
Cut all 8 remaining Green asparagus to half and place it on top of the filling. Once done, add the Camembert Cheese throughout the whole dish

Place into the oven for 45 Minutes
