KETO SAMOSA RECIPE can’t get enough of them

Amazing keto samosa recipe

Some of you wrote in asking if i could film some Keto recipes and i thought, why not. I started with Samosas because i love samosas 🙂

Keto samosas

YOU NEED:
1 tbsp Coconut oil
250 gms minced meat ( I used beef, feel free to use chicken or mutton)
1 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped onion
1 fresh chilli (optional)
Salt
1 Lemon
2 tbsp chopped Coriander

1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2cups Mozarella
3 tbsp Cream cheese
2 eggs

Bake at 180ºc for 15 – 20 min then turn and bake another 5 min.
