Keto Shrimp Alfredo Recipe | How to Cook Keto Shrimp Alfredo without Pasta in One Pot

Hey guys its Valerie and today we’re cooking a one pot meal in under 30 minutes and it’s all keto friendly. Our kids dont eat keto and love love love this meal. It’s super simple. You can replace it with any veggie you have or love, broccoli, spinach, or a nice veggie medley). There’s no pasta to worry about and you can have a lot and not feel bogged down all day.

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 pound asparagus
2 tbsp butter (olive oil, avocado oil or ghee are ok)
salt and pepper to taste
