Here is my recipe for an easy, keto-friendly cajun shrimp etouffee.
NOTE*** There were 2 ingredients that were left out of the video, shrimp stock, and heavy cream. it is added in the description below.
2 sticks of butter
One tablespoon of your favorite Cajun or Creole seasoning
Quarter teaspoon of salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Quarter cup of Raos marinara sauce
Let it all cook down for about 30 minutes then add quarter cup of heavy whipping cream and a cup and a half of shrimp stock
Then 2 lb of shrimp
