Shrimp and Garlic Pickle Ingredients:
1. Cooked shrimp – 350 grms
2. Garlic – 3
3. fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
4. turmeric powder – 1tsp
5. cumin powder – 1tsp
6. red chilli powder – 4tsp
7. vinegar – ¼ cup
8. oil – 100ml.

Preparation :
1. In a bowl add chili powder, Fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder & vinegar.
2. Add the shrimp and mix with the masala.
3. Now take large pan add oil
4. Once the oil heated add garlic cloves and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Next add marinated shrimp and fry for another 5-8 minutes with medium or medium low flame.
6. Switch off the flame and allow the pickle to set for 24 hours
7. Store the pickle in a glass jar.
