KETO SPAGHETTI | Miracle Noodle Recipe | Easy Low Carb Spaghetti Recipe

Keto Spaghetti is an easy keto dinner for you to make on a busy weeknight or when you are craving italian food. When it comes to low carb spaghetti, you could go the zucchini noodle route, but it doesn’t quite compare to real pasta. I love to use shirataki noodles because they tastes just like a real spaghetti noodle…if you cook them right. My favorite brand is Miracle Noodle. I use their Angel Hair noodles every time I make my keto spaghetti.

It’s almost back to school time!!! I am featuring a bunch of keto meal prep and recipe ideas for the upcoming school year. My life gets busy at the start of the school year and I need to have an arsenal of easy keto meal ideas to feed my family. You can check out all of those videos in this playlist: />


2 packages of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair, cooked to package instructions
1 pound of ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 – 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
½ cup marinara sauce (Rao’s brand or sugar free)
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese

Cook the Miracle Noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
Saute onions in a skillet with olive oil until softened. Add ground beef and season with salt. Cook until almost browned.
Add garlic powder and italian seasoning. Continue cooking until beef is browned. Add marinara sauce and about ½ cup of water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add noodles. Reduce heat and add cream and cheeses. Stir until melted and combined.
