As promised, the recipe for Keto Diet Prawn Rice:
Masala:
Grind to smooth paste: Cilantro, mint, green chillies, ginger, garlic, dried chillies, cardamom, fennel seeds.

Marinating The Pawns:
Cleaned and de-veined prawns
Turmeric
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Coconut milk
1 tbsp green paste
Mix and set aside; 45 mins

Cooking – add:
Ghee / Olive Oil in kadhai / wok
Cinnamon, cloves
Sliced onion and Fennel seeds
Chopped tomato
Green paste
Salt
Marinated Prawns
Cooked Keto Rice
Coconut milk

Cook on low flame 8-10 mins
Turn off, let water evaporate
