Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Ingredients:
16 ounces – cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces – shredded deli ham
8 ounces – sliced Swiss cheese
½ tsp – salt
¼ tsp – black pepper
1 tsp – garlic powder
Instead of salt, pepper and garlic powder you can use Paul Prudhomme’s seasoning
Juice from one lemon
Sauce:
1 ½ cups – heavy cream
2 Tbs – unsalted butter
2 Tbs – Dijon mustard
1 tsp – ground nutmeg
½ tsp – salt
¼ tsp – black pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
Topping:
1 cup – ground pork rinds
2 Tbs – unsalted melted butter
½ tsp – onion powder
½ tsp – garlic powder
1 tsp – dried basil
¼ tsp – black pepper
