Ingredients:
-11 lbs. of peeled ad deveined extra large shrimp
-6 juiced lemons
-1/2 medium chopped red onion
-1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-2 tbs. of minced garlic
-1 stick of butter
-1/4 cup of parsley
-1/2 tbsp. of oregano
-1 tsp. of salt
-1 tsp. of ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in butter until onions are translucent.
2. Add the following: olive oil, herbs and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
3. Add the following: salt, pepper, cheese and shrimp. Stir until combined.
4. Simmer until the shrimp are a vibrant pink. Approximately 5-6 minutes max. If you see the tails starting to curl, remove from heat.
