Although I do sometimes take liberties with the ingredients, I got this base recipe from:
• 8 oz baby bella mshrooms
• 1 shallot, finely chopped (aprox 2 Tbs)
• 2 Tbs butter
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – v
• 1 oz white cooking wine
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt – 8
• ½ tsp No Salt – q
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Mrs. Dash – S
