.5 lb ground beef
1/2 big cabbage
2-3 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. bacon grease or oil
1 8oz. tomato sauce
1 beef bouillion
3 cups water (add more if needed)
salt & pepper
green onion (optional)
1. brown beef. then drain.
2. add onion & bacon grease. cook until onion is wilted then add beef cube.
3. add tomato sauce & water. bring to a boil.
4. add cabbage, salt & pepper. reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hr. may serve with green onion.
