Saute mushrooms and shrimp in olive oil. Place fried shrimp and mushrooms on top of Young Leaves and drizzle with garlic mayonnaise dressing. The garlic flavor matches the fried mushrooms and shrimp and is very tasty.

2. 3 oz (85g) small tomatoes
3. 2 tsp olive oil
4. 3.5 oz (100g) frozen shrimp (Thawed)
5. 1 oz (30g) young green leaves (any leaves you like)
6. 1 tbsp cheese powder

Dressing
1. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
2. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
3. a little salt & pepper
4. 1/2 tsp grated garlic
