Shrimp and Grits

Citrus Juicer

Shrimp Ingredients:
1-pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2-pound andouille or smoked sausage, diced
6 slices bacon, cut into pieces
12 Tbs unsalted butter, divided
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 Tbs minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp creole seasoning, divided
2 tsp ground black pepper

Cauliflower Grits Ingredients:
3 cups riced cauliflower
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup grated Parmesan

Makes 6 servings

Per Serving:
