1 Salmon fillet
½ pound of shrimp
1 pound of asparagus
11 cloves of garlic
1 medium yellow sweet onion
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp chili powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp Lemon pepper
3-4 tbsp Butter, diced
Wash all the food in cool water first.
Slice the onions and set aside. Dice 3-4 cloves of garlic and set aside also.
Season the salmon, shrimp and veggies.
Transfer the seafood and veggies to a baking pan, leaving space in between each.
Sprinkle diced garlic all over and add the diced butter all over also.
Add the whole garlic cloves and then cover with foil.
Bake on 350 degrees F. for approximately 20-25 minutes until done.
Remove from oven and plate. Add leftover garlic on top of veggies and drizzle left over juice over seafood.
