Pork Panko Experiment – Fried Chicken (Keto)

We love fried chicken so we wanted to figure out a way to be able to still enjoy this classic while some family members were on Keto. We were able to track down a product that replicates traditional breaded panko… but it’s made entirely from pork rinds! Very cool. So we thought we’d put it to the test here but frying up some chicken in regular panko and comparing it to the pork panko.
