Quick & Easy Keto Pot Roast In The InstaPot!! | 2 Meals In One | A Keto Dinner Recipe (2020)

Inspired by an old family recipe – I created this keto pot roast to be fast and easy by using my Instant Pot. You can also use a regular pressure cooker.

In the end, you’ll have a tenderized roast with a rich, decadent sauce. All low-carb and keto-friendly. Plus, cooking the meat in the pressure cooker gelatanizes the fats making them easier for your body to digest. Bonus points to you!

To make this keto pot roast, you’ll need:
Boneless beef arm or chuck roast
MCT oil F
Onion
Mushrooms (fresh or dried)
Garlic cloves
Bay leaves 5
Beef bone broth e
Liquid aminos or coconut aminos w
Xanthan gum N
Salt t
Black pepper c

For the “Bonus” Meal.. you’ll just need 1 package of frozen Cauliflower rice!
