Here is my version of Shrimp Ceviche, very easy, tasty, keto friendly and done within minutes! Mix all ingredient together, put it in the fridge for an hour or so and serve with chips or by itself! EASY! Remember if you want it more wet, just add more lime juice. Add salt to taste, little by little during mixing. Enjoy!
2 Big avocadoes or 4 small ones (chopped in cubes)
3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
2 cucumbers (peeled & chopped)
1 bag of cooked shrimps (chopped big chunks)
half of a red onion (chopped)
half bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup or more of lime juice
salt to taste (add to taste)
1 serrano pepper (seeded)
Mix all together, fridge for an hour and serve. EASY & delicious!
