1. Add some coconut oil and sausage to a medium skillet.
2. Add some garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, cook until well done, and set aside.
3. Add shrimp to a skillet. Adding more coconut oil if necessary.
4. Spice with cajun and paprika and cook until shrimp is cooked all the way through.
5. Add the shrimp and sausage to a bowl of arugula with a simple lemon pepper dressing.
