Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp/Low Carb & Keto/Authentic Desi Recipe

This is a easy to make, quick to cook and delicious spicy shrimp recipe. It combines shrimps with the amazing flavours of garlic, fresh coriander leaves, select aromatic Desi spices with the tangy flavour of lemon juice and the heat of green chillies.

Step 1:
Shrimps (shelled and deveined) 300 gms
Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 1.5 tablespoons

Mix together and keep side for 10 minutes

Step 2:
Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons
Ajwain seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Ginger 1 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon
Green Chilies chopped 2 teaspoon (add more if you like your food really spicy)
Amchur powder 1 teaspoon
Anardana Powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/3 cup

Heat oil in pan, add ajwain seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 30 to 40 seconds
Add shrimps and mix.
Add powdered spices and green chillies.
When shrimps are nearly cooked add fresh coriander leaves.
Toss/mix well and serve hot.
