1lbs of raw shrimp
1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower
Pink salt and pepper
Onion & Garlic powder
Red crush peppers
How to make…start by adding 1 tbsp of real butter and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic into your fry pan on a medium heat and mix together then drain your raw shrimp and add it in them add over it to taste pink salt, pepper, onions powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano, Cayenne pepper, red crush pepper and mix well then while that’s cooking heat your cauliflower rice in the microwave but watch the shrimp closely, after 2 to 3 mins when it’s pink add 2 more tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup of heavy cream and mix well, keep it on medium and let the sauce thicken about 2 to 3 mins then serve up! Add your cooked cauliflower on a plate and add your shrimp mixture over it and some of the sauce. This makes 2 servings at 6 net carbs a serving.
