Here is my version of Crack Slaw! Super easy and cheap to make! Low carb and high in fat, perfect for any keto or low carb dieter.
EN187 Crack Slaw
1 Bag Coleslaw Mix 14oz (Or 1 minced Green Cabbage)
1-1.5Lbs Ground Beef (Or protein of choice)
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil ( )
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil ( )
2 Tbsp Golden Mountain Sauce (Can sub Soy, Aminos Etc) ( )
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar ( )
1 Tbsp Sweetener equivalent ( )
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce ( )
1 Tbsp Sriracha (Optional if you like Spice) ( _
Melt 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil in pan and brown beef. Season with cracked black pepper and salt if desired. When beef beings to brown add 1 Tbsp Garlic and 1 Tsp Ginger Cook for 1-2 mins till aromatic.
Add 2 Tbsp Butter and Coconut Oil to beef along with 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp Golden Mountain Sauce, 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Stevia, 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce ,1 Tbsp Sriracha (Optional if you like Spice) mix meat to combine, add Coleslaw, mix to coat everything, lower heat and cook until the slaw is done. Aprox 5-6mins.
Optional Garnish: Green onion, Cilantro,Jalapeno and Sriracha!
Aprox: 440 Cals, 4.3 Net Carbs, 34.1g Fat, 27.9g Protein
