4 tsp – cumin
2 tsp – dried oregano
5 1/2 Tbs – chili powder
2 tsp – garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp – xanthan gum
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
3 cups – beef stock

Optional garnish: sour cream; cheese; green onions
