2 ripe avocados (approx 250g each)
3-4 tbsp Sweetener (varies with sweeteners)
juice of 2 limes
80g Coconut oil
Vanilla extract
A dash of nut milk (if required)

Blitz all ingredients in food processor till smooth.
Switch to whisk attachment (or use an egg beater) and whisk till mixture is light and airy.
Pour mixture in a freezer safe container and freeze for minimum 4-5 hours.
Take out of freezer and leave in room temperature for 10-15mins till softened before serving. Enjoy!
