THE BEST KETO WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
White chocolate is my favorite – probably because it’s higher in cocoa butter content and it is sweeter too! This is the easiest keto white hot chocolate recipe. Just melt low carb white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan. Add additional nut milk if you want. Then a splash of vanilla. This recipe makes the creamiest hot cocoa. Enjoy a mug of this on a cold day after sledding or on the weekend cozied up to the fire.
Make a big batch of this keto white chocolate base and you add it to your coffee in the mornings. Now you have a keto white mocha! It’s even better if you froth the white chocolate base in a milk frother or blender before you add to your coffee. I like to make white mochas and give my kids the white hot chocolate.

KETO WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
3/4 cup ChocZero White Chocolate Chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup nut milk (I use Macadamia nut milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract (for peppermint white hot chocolate)
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted. Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through.
